Contact

A brief initial discussion is usually enough to determine whether an engagement makes sense.

If you are evaluating a project or determining whether we may be a fit, you can Schedule a conversation, call us by phone, reach out by email, or use live chat. The first step should be clear, low-friction, and professional.

Contact Options

  • Schedule a Conversation

Choose a time that works for you for an initial discussion. This is typically 20–30 minutes.

  • Phone

If you prefer to talk live, call us and we will either connect immediately or return your call.

    Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT.

  • Email

If it is easier to begin in writing, send a short description of the situation, the goals, and any constraints already known.

  • Live Chat

Use chat for quick questions or to determine the best next step. If a deeper discussion is needed, we will suggest scheduling a call.

    Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PT.

    Chat is currently unavailable.

For immediate contact, please call or email. Otherwise, you may schedule a conversation at a convenient time.

For MSPs

If you are an MSP evaluating a client situation that may require deeper technical specialization, you are welcome to reach out directly. Much of our work has been carried out through MSP relationships, so the operating model is familiar. Learn more about MSP partnerships.

We understand the importance of clear boundaries, respect for the MSP’s client relationship, and technically disciplined delivery that strengthens rather than complicates the engagement.

  • You may reach out if a client situation involves custom software, legacy system stabilization, workflow automation, data architecture, applied AI, infrastructure design, or a technically difficult escalation that does not fit routine delivery.
  • Early discussion can remain high level. The purpose is simply to determine whether the situation appears aligned and what a responsible next step would look like.
  • Engagements can be shaped behind the scenes, jointly with your team, or in a more visible specialist role where that is appropriate.

What to Expect

  • We will confirm whether the work appears aligned and suggest a short follow-up discussion if it makes sense.
  • If the problem is not a fit, we will say so directly rather than extend the process unnecessarily.
  • Early conversations focus on clarity—goals, constraints, risks, and what a responsible next step would be.

What Helps (Optional)

If you reach out by email, a few details can make the first conversation more productive:

  • A brief description of the problem and why it matters now
  • Any constraints (timeline, operational limits, dependencies)
  • Who will be involved in decisions and feedback
